Refund policy

At Britessa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet the conditions below:

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

  • Perishable or personal hygiene products

  • Custom or personalized products

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@Britessa.shop with the subject line "Return Request – [Order Number]". Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. You must send the item back to the address provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We do not refund items lost or damaged during return shipping — please use a trackable shipping method.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@Britessa.shop with:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

We will resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is officially posted)

  • Then contact your bank
